These are good fiber gummies for adults. Nice flavor, easy to chew, and price is better than a lot of others.

never did probiotics before and these made me fall in love. a wonderful addition to my daily fiber. not as muvh fiber as I'd like. I went on to the new miralax but thise gummies arevway to big to chew with my dentures so im going bsck to these! 💜
