great value for the price exactly what i was looking for.

Very pleased with my purchase! The ladder is durable, and has held up nicely this year. We added boards to the side for extra stability.

very sturdy, easy to put together, happy overall. the adjustable height was a problem. It said 48-58 inches but the lowest measurement appears to be 52 inches, so we can't attach it to the pool rail.

tips back when climb up

first it had tons of screws, second its not stable at all, third the screws in the pool are already rusting and it's only been in the water for a week. my son said my intex ladder that came with the pool was better..if that tells you anything. total waste of money. very unhappy with this pool ladder;

This ladder took lots of time to put together. The parts that were supposed to “snap” into place would not. Ladder seemed very unstable

ladder is completely rusted after a month of being set up!!

Not worth it steps don't push up well or lock up cheap plastic it crushed my thumb as it fell back down. Got ladder part of this was attached together like it was previous owned as was just in a reg card box not labeled some screws missing and had scrap marks on plastic. I have above ground pool side doesn't go short enough as pool is couple feet in ground outside part doesn't allow for it to be short. Very cheaply made plastic is suppose to support up. To 300lbs I weight 165 plastic bends I'd hate to see it sit in the hot sun then try to step up on it the cheap plastic will most likely cave and bend and I won't risk people getting hurt do to improperly listing of item returned item 1st ordered new steps cost a lot for them I should not have received a prior owned item that could be considered refurbished if that's why I got a used step kit. Directions are not properly clear enough to put together.

I really hope my review helps in preventing other customers Not to buy this ladder! I was so excited to finally get what I thought would be an upgrade from the ladder that came with pool, don't be fooled
