Took about an hour to put together and get going. Had a small leak so be careful putting on gaskets. Put pool up little early in May and pump that came with Coleman 12' 33” deep was basically useless. This pump has a lot of power. Cleared water a lot then with shock treatment pool water cleared in 2 hours and it was green. Also the attachments that came with pump connected perfectly with hoses that came with pool.

A very good pump for the money. The only problem is that you need to get a Number 20 bag of silicone sand. You need to get it from a pool store. After that is done the setup is easy. Oh SO NOT MOVE THE LEVER ON THE TOP OF THE TANK WITH THE PUMP RUNNING. Water will go everywhere. It will also damage the diverter.

i've had to mount this at an elevation above normal water level in the pool. The gasket within the leaf/debri collecter mounted to the pump does not seal well preventing appropriate suction This makes the pump difficult to prime and maintain a vacuum, causing the pump to continually shut off

It should tell you you need adapters for the pump

Ordered and said it was delivered but never saw it. Apparently it was left at the front of my driveway near the highway and was stolen. Did a return or undelivered package online and decided to go another route. Wasn't happy with the way it was handled and Walmart wanted me to return it, but I never received it.

Item looks like somebody used before. It has water inside and the case came with water. The outside box was damage also. I will be returning the item. Maybe someone used it and return for something wrong.

this is not what I received, I recieved a Vivohome sand pump

There is no built in tier and no way to set or turn on the pump

Pump instructions SUCK! No TIMER like stated and No turn off switch!!! Couldnt find any videos on youtube w this exact pumo either. The fittings all leak. Too scared to actually turn it on! Purchased this particular one but it was $29 cheaper than another one.... prob worst decision i ever made. Would return but threw box away on trash day!!!!

Worst product ever. No diagrams, no instructions, no explanation of what kind of lines, clamps or accessories are needed. This particular one came broken and now have to wait for days for a new one. Ridiculous customer service. Stay far far away from this sand pump or company!
