This is an amazing set of tools that makes canning much more enjoyable and less dangerous. No more air bubbles, spilled water and safely getting that lid from the hot water to your jar to properly seal it. No more burned fingers from removing jars from canner. A GREAT value especially for the price!! No 'true' canner should be with out this set of tools!!!

Many years ago when I canned, I didn't have anything like this kit. It's amazing how little things make such a huge difference! Makes the job so much easier!

It is almost impossible to handle the hot jars as they come out of the canner without the tongs this kit has. All of the items make canning so much easier. I recommend them to anyone who is interested in starting to use this way of perservisng foods.

This kit has everything you need possible for canning. Besides the Canner and Jars of course! Once you have this set you're ready to start canning! It comes with quality grade utensils perfect for your safety, making canning a breeze.

I love that this kit came with a timer. a really nice set. my dd and I will enjoy canning peaches and more this summer.

Don't know that I'll ever use the timer but all the other items are fine. At $15, really a bargain. Doubt that I'll ever need to purchase anything again except new jars and seals! Everything (with the exception of that timer!) looks to be able to last decades.

Everything worked well except the timer so buy the set without it.

So So. Kind of cheaply made. Probably not worth the money.
