Presto PowerPop Microwave Popper

This easy to use, inexpensive and convenient Microwave popcorn popper is truly wonderful. There are no cancer-causing paper bags, and you can apply your own melted butter or oil, before or after it's popped. It's also easy to wash. Just take out the cardboard, 'easy to remove cardboard, 'power optimizer', slide it into the dishwater or dishwasher, wipe it clean with a sponge or cloth, rinse and dry, and you'te good to go. It's great, it's fun! and it's easy. What more can I say?

This is truly a wonderful way to enjoy popcorn without having to use additives such as cooking oil which add unnecessary weight and cholesterol to your body. I found it to be very efficient as there are very few unpopped kernels left. It is also easy to clean up afterwards as I am one who likes corn prepared traditionally in a pot.

Love this popcorn popper! So much better than the bags and the hot air. Almost all popcorn pops light and fluffy. Very happy with my purchase!

We have used a older version for years. This newer version is even better! A great way to have low fat popcorn.

We love this popcorn popper. The popcorn tastes great and you don't have to put any butter on it to have it be delicious. We bought two of them for gifts too for Christmas.

I'm always looking for products my special needs daughter can manage safely to make her feel more independent, this popper fits the bill, did have a "fancier" model with separate rotating base, but it came off each time to clean, and often she could not "screw" it back on completely, so couldn't use it. This is simple and basic but gets the job done and done well. Love it! Makes her feel great to do it herself.

This is an Excellent product!!! It cooks great popcorn very quickly! The only problem is that this product requires the extra concentraters (after 8 or so uses of the one included with the purchase); that require an additional purchase and shipping. I couldn't find them in the store with the product. They should be sold in bulk with the product! I would totally recommend this product, especially if you love great popcorn!

I like the product. The reason that I said I would not recommend it to a friend is, it says in the directions, that I should be able to purchase the Power Cup Concentrators where I purchased the product. I went to the Rib Mountain store,where I purchased it, and they had none. So---- I will only be able to use it a few more times and it'll be no good. I could order them from the Co., but it costs $2.00 for 8 plus tax--but the shipping is $3.50!! I wish that if you sell a product, you'd also sell the accessories.

For the number of unpopped kernals left in the bowl, a brown paper bag works just as good. The instructions said dishwasher safe, top rack. Second time I used it I washed it in the dishwasher to remove the oily film. The lid warped and now I'm hesitant to use the popper again.

This is cheap plastic, plus the ad I read does not state that you have to continually buy filters in order to use the product and for these 2 reasons I returned it. The better product at only about $8.00 on Amazon.com is the Nordic Ware 60120 popcorn popper. No filters are needed, and it will last for many, many years.
