My hair, skin and nails are in pretty bad shape due to illness. I am on my second bag and have a few days left yet to go. My hair dresser said I have new hair growth and I also have gotten compliments on how my hair looks. My skin and nails are also making a great come back. I put some in my coffee and it dissolves well plus no taste. I will continue to use it though it is pricey as it is worth it to me.

the bags were less than half full thats ridiculous to be honest with u the 2 bags i bought together didnt even equal up to one full bag very upsetting

Didn't taste bad in my coffee. But after 30 days I didn't notice any difference. No help with joints at all. My hair skin and nails were better but I've used the plain gummies for that. $12 compared to $50? No brainer. “Hair, Skin %26 Nails” gummies worked the same. Won't buy this again.
