Proctor Silex 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker Machine with Glass Coffee Pot, Cafetera, White

I was looking for a simple coffee maker in white to compliment my microwave oven and toaster. The Hamilton Beach model satisfies my needs. I also did not need another appliance with a clock; so the model I purchased is quite sufficient for my needs.

We've been using the same Procter-Silex in our household for the past 5+ years; with regular cleaning these coffeemakers way outlast the Mr.Coffee's etc.

I purchased this product based on reviews from others. They are right! If you don't care if you're coffee pot has all the bells and whistles, then this will be a good choice for you. This 12 cup pot brews quickly, coffee is nice and hot, and it's easy to use. I am very pleased with this product.

If you like simple and easy-to-use, I recommend this one. I don't like coffee pots with too many bells and whistles. Too much to figure out. That's why I love this one, I don't have to fool with any of that.

The Proctor Silex was half the cost of a similar Mr. COFFEE coffee Maker. White, no bells or whistles. I was very satisfied with the product and the speed of delivery. I would definitely use you again

Works great! Keeps coffee hotter than most coffee pots Ive owned. I wanted one without all the bells and whistles,just a plain pot. Very happy with it

This is the best coffee pot I think I've ever had. it is so easy to use. You don.t have to read a book to use it. Couldn't ask for a better price. for what you are getting .

Have used this type of product for many years. Dependable. Brews 11 1/2 cups with a 12 cup fill of water.(Steam Off). No fuss ,

quickly brews, keeps coffee hot, and 5 heaping Tablespoons makes a decently strong pot of coffee. the cord is pretty short, and the lid is tall so lower mounted cupboards interfere with pouring water in the tank.

Chemical odor from the plastic is overwhelming when you open the box. I see, in comments, that after a while it goes away, but the smell isn't what I'm trying to avoid. Ran water through it first and smell was still overpowering. Can't bring myself to put acidic coffee through this very cheap plastic that must be loaded with chemicals. Will return it and purchase a higher quality one.
