PUR PLUS Faucet Mount Water Replacement Filter Cartridge, RF99992, 2 Pack

This is a new filter design from what I have purchased in the past. Each filter is said to last 3 months, my previous filters only lasted for 1 and a 1/2 months. If this new designed filter last 3 months I'll keep it a 5 star rating, if not a 4 star.

The name brand PUR filter are the only one we will replace in our sink. We have tried the generic ones and totally don't get the same taste or quality. The three pack packs of these go on sale really cheap that come out even less than am buying a two pack so we love to stock up when that happens. The flow is a little slower than generic ones, but that's how you know it's working. The taste is outstanding for our well water and we will always stick with the name

I like the Pur Plus faucet filter in my kitchen. The ease of use is simple. The filter design itself, and box packaging has changed since I last replaced the filter, but the water still tastes clean! And the reliability for clean purifide water, is priceless!

This is the best filter I have found for the faucet type , there is a white one, but it doesn't last as long, so I only buy it if I cannot get this one. This one also makes really delicious ice cubes! The usually run deals on them where you can buy multiple and save a little money, but I'm careful as much water as my family drinks I feel it's a good investment with this particular filter.

I have used Pur water filters for over 30 years I know in my sink faucet mounted filter. The water is really good no chlorine none of that stuff… I trust pure to make the best water filters I've used. I'm glad I can get them at Walmart. Thanks Walmart.

I've tried many filters over the years and the Pur filter is by far the best and better value that I've used. It's easy to attach and use. The replacement filters aren't too expensive and they're easy to replace. The water improvement is fantastic! Any metallic or chlorine taste is gone and you get clean pure water.

Initially, filtered water flows thru at an acceptable pace. With continued use (far less than the 3 month supposed shelf life), filtered water slows to a painfully slow trickle. I actually counted the seconds to fill up a 16 cube, normal sized ice cube tray... 4 seconds per cube, equalling 1 minute and 4 seconds. 64- Mississippis long, lol. It's like having a Brita water filter, all over again.

Pur has changed the designed and it's not worth it anymore. If it's not broken it shouldn't be “tinkered” with. Mine now leaks after installing this (new %26 improved) version. Who couldn't get it out before???? It wasn't a hard thing to do!!! We weren't crawling under a house to get it!!! I'll just but a knock of or switch to something else. I'm PURfectectly happy doing that.

The filter purchased for these cartridges (which I can't seem to review because I didn't buy it under my Walmart account) wouldn't fit the faucet and none of the adapters would work. The instruction guide if none of the adapters fit, to reach out to customer service. First sent email, never got a response after several days. Filled out form on website and got an email asking for more info, and they would send out additional adapters. Replied with requested info, never received another response. Replied again several days later. Nothing. Filled out the form again, and this time got an email back that there WERE NO other adapters available (directly contradicting the manual AND their first reply) and that it wouldn't fit the faucet. Replied back again pointing out what they had told me before, again no reply. Filled out the form again - nothing. By the time of this, the return period has expired on the cartridges, and the company just ghosted me. So I'm either just out of money, or will have to invest more into a different filter/faucet. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Company has NO customer service.

it was not the product as puctured online and worse the box showed the filters had expired in August 15, 2025, almost a year ago. was told by walmart customer service that store did not have exact item so they just substituted despite my note NO SUBSTITIONS. she also promised I would be refunded price within 48 hours without me needing to return expired filters. i have not received the refund after five days! yet she sent a request to give her good review. How interesting! when i get my refund, you will get your review!! someone at Walmart customer service needs to follow up on my refund please.
