Pure Co 5,000mg Organic Elderberry Capsules for Immune Support, 10:1 Elderberry Extract, 30 Capsules

Zero complaints. I decided to up the dosage of my elderberry intake with everyone getting sick this winter season. Having experienced its benefits in another product that is designed for cold and flu, I started taking that product daily (1 or 2) to help with sinus issues but THIS one has more of the good stuff so it is now my go-to. I usually take 1 a day, early morning or before bed if I forget. Sometimes I will take 2 especially if i notice a lot of sick around that day so 1 in the AM, 1 at night.

This is something I keep on hand during the year. At the first sign of a cold or feeling under the weather I start taking the Organic Elderberry Capsules and it never reaches a full blown cold/flu. I continue to take them a week to ten days after initial use to build up my immunity. The fact that these are Organic and 5,000 mg are fantastic. Used Organic Elderberry for years but have never come across these powerful 5,000mg supplements previously. A great purchase from a reliable company, Walmart.

Capsule and does not have zinc and vitamin D. most elderberry have both or one. my body can't process vitamin d and zinc makes me too sleepy. every other site wanted a ridiculous amount for the pain elderberry
