I started to find food supplementation after my labs revealed I have vitamin D deficiency. Looked up online as I think I got more options than my local store. It has been 3 weeks since I bought this. I think the one thing I felt better is that my shoulder stopped hurting, I could not get to roll to my left side when I sleep due to pain and generally not comfortable laying on my left side. Right now, I can sleep on my left side. Also it quit making clicking sound when I move it through the range of motion.

Walmart continues to place inventory labels on the bottles from Pure Encapsulation. They place the labels OVER THE SAFETY AND USE INSTRUCTIONS. When you try and remove the label, it makes the SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS unreadable. This is a real safety hazard. Pure Encapsulation makes great products, but Walmart is ruining the labels. I won't have any supplement or medication in the house without a safety label. We will have to order our Pure Encapsulation from another source.
