My diet hasn't been the healthiest since holiday season started, what with all the rich food and being busy with family. I started noticing I was having some fatigue, and more worryingly, some tingling in my fingers. I looked into it, and an article suggested I might be mildly Vitamin E deficient. So, I bought these vitamins and started taking one every day. The tingling went away almost immediately, which was such a relief. I'm glad that's all it was, and these vitamins really work. I'm adding these to my regular regimen.

I have only been taking Pure encapsulations vitamins e gel tablets for about a week. They have d-alpha tocopherols an essential antioxidant supplement to help support cellular respiration and cardiovascular health. They are gluten- free and Non-GMO a generous supply of 90 soft gel capsules which are easy to swallow. I feel good about this vitamin e product as we are currently in flu season and supplements are important to me.

I am not a health provider but I am going to provide my most honest review. Since I started this I noticed a relief in my joints, they are easy to swallow with water and easy digestion. I has been feeling improvements in my health since I took this supplement

My skin was very dry and flaky from using Retin-A. No moisturizer or cream was helping with my dryness. This literally solved the dry/flaky skin problem OVERNIGHT. I was extremely impressed, and I only have to take one every other day to maintain the results. However, I can't really emphasize enough just how important it is to take these with a full meal. I took the supplement after just eating a container of yogurt, rather than a full meal, and within 30 minutes I felt extremely nauseated and promptly vomited up the oily yellow supplement - it was extremely unpleasant, but I was surprised that none of the yogurt came up with it. Weird. Anyway, great supplement, but when they say take with a meal they really mean it.

I guess you can't go wrong with Vitimain E for better health, heart and skin. This Pure Encapsulations Vitamin E/90 Softgel Capsules is made with d-alpha tocopherol which makes it better source of vitamin per my research and gluten free also non-gmo makes it even better. I take these every other day as I feel helps me since getting in that senior range for better health. So far have had no stomach issues while taking them also the taste of the outer pill shell is nonflavor which I prefer. The bottle amount of 90 days it's great and like the simple visible white and blue labeling for easier reading of items on bottle. Also getting this Pure Encapsulations Vitamin E/90 Softgel Capsules are a plus for better maintenance of heart health so a big plus which I need to keep up. These Pure Encapsulations Vitamin E/90 Softgel Capsules so far have been good to have.

I ordered Pure encapsulated Vitamin E because I’ve always heard how good vitamin E is for aging. It came in a bottle of 60 softgel capsules. As you can see in the picture they are not small but really not to large. I have trouble swallowing large pills but I don’t have a problem with these Pure encapsulated vitamins. I’m an older elderly person and I know “E” helps protect the liver. E is also known to plump your skin, for you Ladies. Vitamin E has powerful antioxidant effects. It can reduce stress may benefit cognitive health and even lung function. Vitamin E it just to good for your health for you not to be taking it. I have tried other brands and Pure encapsulated Vitamin E seems just as good as the pricey brands. So if your going to try vitamin E give these a try.

I received on December 5th and began taking one each day. I have had no issues with taking this particular vitamin. Too early for any results since I have not had this in my daily regime. There are other ingredients in this Pure Vitamin. They are rapeseed oil and sunflower oil. Also, gelatin capsule has gelatin, glycerol and water. One a day is the daily recommended dose. Vitamin E is a nutrient that's important to vision, reproduction, and the health of your blood, brain and skin. Vitamin E also has antioxidant properties. Antioxidants are substances that might protect your cells against the effects of free radicals — molecules produced when your body breaks down food or is exposed to tobacco smoke and radiation. Free radicals might play a role in heart disease, cancer and other diseases. If you take vitamin E for its antioxidant properties, keep in mind that the supplement might not offer the same benefits as naturally occurring antioxidants in food. Vitamin E deficiency can cause nerve pain (neuropathy). I prefer Vitamin E only, and this one is mixed with other ingredients, so will not be purchasing any more.

Really nothing special about this product. Vitamin E is an essential vitamin that acts as an antioxidant. This product contains 1,733% of the daily recommended value (after a web search it appears that the high dosage is not harmful but also not necessarily beneficial.) It has the typical "not evaluated by the FDA" disclaimer. It did not cause any side effect (upset stomach, etc.). I have taken vitamin E supplements in the past without any problems. I personally would not take such a high dosage, and the cost of this product would have a huge impact on me taking it. Bottle does not state where it is manufactured. I would tell a fried what I wrote above and suggest they research the product or ask their doctor about it before deciding to purchase it.
