I am trying ginger for health benefits, but I don't always enjoy fresh ginger, so this is a great, high quality option. I do smell like ginger when I sweat, I'm told although I don't notice it, but this is common with all kinds of ginger consumption, and I consider it a good thing because I feel like I am sweating out toxins that smell like ginger instead of something else.

Ginger has many health benefits. Stomach ache can occur if not taken with food, strongly recommended. The quality of capsules is good and priced fairly.
