Thought I would try this SAMe, as I do the Spring Valley normally, and eventually the dollars spent in Spring Valley add up. Don't try this. It appears to be natural, but it is junk. I used this for five days in a row, felt worse each days. I used Spring Valley one day and felt better. I tried this again for one day, and feel horrible. It's almost like poison. Someone needs to do further investigation into this company and its products. Looked like it was promising. It is not.
