These are my never fails! Cleansing regularly, it also benefits me from any complications my iron supplements give me (if you take any percentage of iron, you know what I mean). I start off with the max dose every few days but not recommended for the faint of heart or belly! Follow instruction on the box for beginners.

It's good for a week of cleanse. It's tolerable and doesn't make you feel like you need to sit in the toilet the whole day. I reduce dosage because i get the desired effects from 2 pills. It definitely flushes the system so i use these when i binge and need to clean up a little.

Great quality and ingredients, really fills you up without making you feel irritated and doesn't trigger my heartburn. the pill in itself is irritating to swallow since they're hard and it's difficult for a 3 pill dosage. Definitely benefit from how it makes you feel full and the bottle is a good size. Makes you go to the toilet the next morning and cleanses the colon well.

This product works awesome for me. I have tried other products but they don't work as well as this one. I recommend it to anyone suffering from constipation. It relives you of all the unwanted waste and bloating. I can't use anything else but this product.

I can't wait to see the results from this cleanser! I had to go on iron supplements for an iron deficiency and I felt really bloated and constipated. I'm ready for this to cleanse my colon break down all the waste left in my body. I like that you take it before bedtime as well.

I waited a week after receiving this product to review it and I'm pleased. I've seen a big change in my bowl movements and in my lower tummy. After every meal I end up in the restroom and that's fine with me. I don't get uncomfortable cramps as I have with other products. I personally didn't feel comfortable taking this product before bed as suggested. I take it in the morning because I rather be in and out the restroom during the day rather than the middle of the night. You are going to notice when the pills are starting to take affect but as I said in my case it wasn't a unbearable amount of discomfort.

I accidentally start taking it 3 capsules the first days as I didn't notice the schedule for taking per day as you should start with 1 capsules then 2 then 3, the stomachache was a bit annoying. After that I used it the right way and wouldn't tell that difference except the stomachache was bearable not as the first time using it. I used it different times in months when I feel heavy on stomach and it clean it very well for someone who start having digestion problems

I followed the instruction to take the pills and it does help me to "poo out" all waste inside my body. However, it also caused stomachache and the poo poo is watery. I only can stand for 3 days and stopped. Will use it again when I have bloating issues.

Took for ever to arrive, my tummy kept cramping and by mid day stay near a toilet.

I have started today (Jan 13 2023) and will update here as per result. Hope the ingredients are good and size is fine.. will update with dosage as I have started with 1 capsule. Taste not there and benefits will update as time goes. Waiting for completion of 7 days . Seems quality is good. Hope I loose some weight with this . Today 4 day.. nothing has happened till now. I don't know what got cleaned.. took 1,2,3 capsules respectively for 3 days ..feel like it's useless. After full course now I am sure it's just useless!! Don't waste money and time one this.. may be health too
