I had read where Cinnamon might help in a number of areas. I've been taking this for about a month and I feel like I'm getting the results I was expecting.

Although the capsules look large they are easy to swallow. Cinnamon is a healthy part of the diet for many cultures. We don't seem to get enough of it in our diet in this country. A supplement is a great way to add it to our diet.

Item was delivered to wrong address. I live in the Wainman Homes development. There are at least three (3) different streets that have an apartment numbered 307. The drivers are seeing the number and not the street name. I did not receive this item. Please issue a credit. By the way this is the second time I have messaged Walmart and still have not heard back.
