there are SO many of us that CANT use ALL B vitamins because we have methylation issues and most B combo vitamins have VERY high amount for certain B vitamins and they chose what to have crazy high...I take 3 of these a day and have 300% across the board, then add in what MY body needs and responds well to I add my own high dose B1 and biotin, while using caution with b2 and b12. MY DOCTOR APPROVES! I finally feel dialed in and am so thankful for these. Theyre high quality and I have felt everything change for the better

Alert! This 100 complex is 100% of rda NOT 100mg per tablet. So they sell "Vitamin Supplement" and "Dietary Supplement". This is vitamin supplement=much smaller dose. I like brand but labels look alike... very deceiving %26 disappointing. Another weeks wait to get the product I need now.

in comparison to my 21st Century B_50 complex, vastly miniscule dosage of exact same break-down of ingredients would need to take a handful to match my daily routine.
