Puritans Pride Vitamin B-Complex and Vitamin B-12, 180 Count

Vitamin B-Complex / B-12 keep me alert and energized every day. Without it I get sluggish. I can't do without it. One a day works great for me.

As a vegetarian this supplement helps, along with a proper diet, to keep my B-12 and other B vitamin levels adequate to meet my needs.

I'm usually not optimistic about things like this actually helping, but I can feel the effects of this product. I've taken it for a few weeks now and I like the results!

I took advantage of a special sale but within a short period of time other supplements would be priced even better, forcing me to place a 2nd in a very short time. Kinda “bait and switch”!

Over all it's a good vitamin and it works for me I take it all the time my problem is with the picker I received two bottles of Puritan's Pride B-complex 12 with an expired date of 5/26 coming up soon and a count of 180 pills in each bottle the inventory should have been pulled off the shelf at the end of 2025. Supplier if you read this message, please get rid of the bad inventory in stock you do not want dissatisfied customers, they were shipped as a pack of two. I would have rated it a 5 star. Rose
