The capsule is hard to swallow. Good thing is the dosage is once a day so it's a concentrated formula. I use to take another brand that required twice a day. Often I forgot to take the 2nd dose and the pills were much larger.

I'm very please with this product and would have given it a 5, except for the shape of the pill. I use several Qnol products and other vitamins and have never had an issue swallowing. The shape of this pill seams to catch in the throat. Hopefully, the shape can be streamlined for easier swallowing.

I have just as much joint pain as I had before I started taking this. Even more, especially when I get up in the morning. I don't think it works for everyone. Perhaps it works for those who have mild cases. I am inflammatory arthritis, and nothing, so far, has worked for me. I am giving it a 3 star only because so many people have recommended it and I did not want to de-value your rating, even though it has not worked for me (yet).

I ordered this from Walmart. It came from another supplier but Walmart delivered it. It goes out of date in three months. The seal wasn't tight on it and it doesn't smell like the other ones that I bought at Walmart store that brand is a good vitamin that don't order it through Walmart. It's a third-party that sends it and they evidently don't care about their standards.

you shouldn't be able to taste capsules but you can with these. they're awful!

This pill hurt going down, and I feared it would lodge in my system and not go down. I now have a bottle of Omega-3 pills I am afraid to take. This pill is no softgel.
