Pyrex Easy Grab 4-piece Glass Bakeware Set with Red Lids

I love the set. The only problem was the largest lid came broken. I'm going to keep it because I love it. But I'm upset that it came broken before I opened it. We used to cook for Christmas dinner. And it was perfect. The lid still works. But it is broken on one side. It is a good set. It just happened to be probably manhandled upon delivery. It's a nice set. I love the set. I just used for the second time in the oven to bake a salmon at 400F within 10 minutes the glass exploded inside the oven. This is a bakeware meant to be used in the oven. I only had used Pyrex bakeware in my life and for no reason this happened while cooking. It was new, used only once. Thankfully no one is hurt and all what I have to do is to clean the big mess in the oven.

I was happy with this product initially. A bit awkward but still I liked the style overall. However, please use GREAT caution putting warm foods into this as a storage container or using it as promised to bake with. I took the larger of the two bakeware dishes out of my cupboard during summer, and put beans I'd cooked in it. The beans had cooled some but were still hot. Nevertheless, we didn't even have the container all the way full and it completely exploded. And when I say explode, I mean it exploded like a bomb went off. Shards of glass went everywhere! A bullet shard even cut my daughters foot who was the person scooping the beans into the Pyrex dish. The pictures will explain what I'm talking about, The whole pot of beans were ruined that I'd spent hours preparing. I'm still finding slivers, shards and hunks of glass everywhere. I shudder to think what may have happened if my daughter wouldn't have ducked. Also she's taller than average — a shorter person wouldn't have been so lucky.. Do NOT put this anywhere near your oven as advertised or in a microwave that they claim is safe to do. Pyrex is not the same Pyrex as it use to be. I have pieces from my grandmother, bowls that have withstood super hot soups right out of the cupboard as well and I treasure them. Buyer, BEWARE!!

Pyrex is usually a good brand, but the easy-grab handles were cumbersome for me, and to my dismay, the first use for Easter dinner, part of the underside of the cover popped off into my food. The cover material is much too brittle. I plan to return the set for a refund. I did not keep the original wrapper and want to bring both pieces of the set back for an exchange of a similar brand like Anchor Hocking. I

It arrived scratched and had dead bugs stuck on it. I put them in my dishwasher and the bug stains are still there. Disgusting.

This item was included in a delivery order….The lid to the large dish was broken. I would like it replaced.

The 8x8 pan exploded in oven on second use. Contacted Corelle (Pyrex) for a warranty claim.

The top to the pan was cracked when I received it. That takes away from the purpose of the baking pan. bc n

This is our 2nd time ordering this. First time we bought in store, we unwrapped it and the 13x9 lid was cracked, the 2nd time we got it delivered and again the inside corner of the 13x9 lid is broke off. This is aggrivating when this is something you want %26 need. We'll take it back and get it somewhere else. See picture below.

Right out of the package the larger lid was broken. Material of lids feels cheap- is brittle plastic (unlike the nice rubber flexible lids from older purchase). Disappointed in product! This brand has always been reliable and lasting- until this purchase!
