All of my friends who are in their mid seventies, or older, have joint pain somewhere on their bodies. I researched Turmeric and was convinced it would keep me from having this problem. I am 71 years old and had a knee problem going up and down our stairs. Read the reviews and thought I would give it a chance! I first bought the Liquid product. After 2 week the pain was gone. So stopped! Pain came back after a few days. So went back on it and now it has been a year with no pains. So it worked for me. One problem with the liquid formula was I noticed some was getting on my hands even though i could not see it. I was getting green spots on my clothes and had no idea where it was coming from. Then I realized it was the Turmeric. So I switch to the pill form and no more green spots. Been happy since! My wife is now trying it with minor results for some of her pains. So doesn't work every time! She does skip days! So I would say she isn't reliable case!

I take two 1,000 mg pills a day....One pill in the early day and one with dinner. Within a few weeks, this is what I find. After sitting on my sofa for an hour or more, I would get up so stiff. I'm a 75 Year old woman and in great shape, but it took a minute to be able to walk without this painful stiffness. Now when I get up, that stiff feeling is mostly gone! I'm at the end of my bottle and so far it hasn't done anything for the inflammation and pain in my shoulders and arms. I even tried taking it twice a day so 4 pills a day with no good results. I'm sad to say I won't be giving this product another chance.
