Really delicious gummies! Hard to just take two. Any magnesium citrate product may have a laxative effect, so watch out for that.
My Nurse Practitioner recommended Magnesium Citrate to help with going to sleep. I like the gummies instead of large pills to swallow.
I am a first time user of this product and I am so glad I started taking them. For one thing they taste good which is a plus, and since I have been taking one in the morning and one at bedtime, I have quit having cramps in my legs at night. What a blessing!!!

I knew I could use a little more magnesium and when Qunol came out with one, being a user of CoQ10 and Turmeric, it was my first choice.
I love the berry flavor of these Magnesium gummies! And they are not real sweet like a lot of other gummies I have tried.

The taste is not very good and the consistency is chalky. These are not as tasty as the Qunol CoQ10 gummies. My husband said you missed the boat on these! I'll take them only because I don't like swallowing large pills.
Bought Qunol magnesium gummies specifically to help with excruciating foot cramps at night. Didn't help. Very disappointed. Then I discovered Doctor's Best High Absorption Magnesium Powder. No more foot cramps %26 best sleep I ever got. Only one tiny scoop did the job %26 delicious flavor.
