Great value, concentrate lets you adjust strength of sealant for high traffic areas. easier to handle than 5 gallon buckets, also when putting in sprayer. Will get additional Rainguard Sealer Concentrate if needed for rest of sidewalk. Give this product 4 thumbs up on ease of application.

The product has only been applied for a week now. Not sure if it will seal completely long term. Was easy to apply. Cleaned up with soap and water.

Was easy to apply, coverage was a bit less than expected but not a big issue. Been on about a week and it rained. The water beaded like a waxed car, amazing. Time will tell how long it lasts. Impressed so far.

Concentrate mix with water, seems to work. After it dried, lightly sprayed with water and it balled up into droplets

I've been waiting for some rain free days to use this sealer. I researched this product throughly before purchasing and all the reviews were good. The feature that was important to me was that it won't make the concrete slick when wet which is very important to me. It's recommended that the surface be cleaned and allowed to dry for three days before application. I have no doubts about the product and if I have any problems, I will update this review.

I only had a small sidewalk to seal but this stuff didn't give much of a shine. I don't know how good of sealer it is didn't convince me.

It was a waste of my money, it was a mliky like liquid and that's it.

I ordered it and tbe next day they CANCELED my order!!! WHY ??????? WHO KNOWS
