slightly sweet and nutty flavor
Slightly sweet and nutty flavor. The picture shows yellow flour but really it's light gray. I cook gluten free. I use this pearl millet to add bulk and a different texture in my flour mixtures. As of this date of writing this review this brand is good and reasonably priced compared to competitors. I would purchase again.

Fast delivery. FedEx is reckless %26 can be shady.
The package arrived on time but seemed to be cut open at the top. Thankfully, the product was not damaged itself.

NOT Gluten FREE
This says gluten friendly which means nothing. It is processed in same place as wheat. I thought it said gluten free. I will return it. I cannot use it. Seller has misleading information, very dangerous to people who are allergic to wheat.
