Will buy again
This rice flour is good for the price. It arrived as ordered and is very finely ground, so it works well in place of other flours. I use it for making paleo crackers. Will buy again.

I've had a hard time looking for this rice flour but it's good cookbook and everything my shrimp my chicken even steaks and pork chops add a little bit of salt and pepper you got a good flour mixture for a light batter and fluffy

I am just now using this product for the first time for sourdough bread Baja tons that are still proofing so I can't actually rate the product itself yet but I will say I was not happy with the amount of time it took to ship and that Walmart advertises items that say in stock and then they come back and want to substitute or say they don't have it later. In this day and age with computers you should be able to better stay updated on what you actually have available.
