Amazing! Im bad about taking iron and vitamins and have had consistent canker cores off and on the past four or so months, so ive tried just about everything. Prior to trying this i used, and still do, kanka mouth pain liquid and that was good for temproary relief but this stuff lasts so much longer and actually helps heal my canker sores more quickly! The texture is thick and odd but it sticks really well, i take a Qtip, gently wipe tge sore dry with one end then apply a dab to the sore with the other end. Works amazing! These two medications are the only two worth buying!
