I had one before but got lost in my move. I absolutely love it

The chopper is easy enough to use, the directions are fine. However, the primary issue we have is to align the lid with the opening int the top of the blade. It's a bit challenging to get the post in the opening and get the lid back on while aligning the unit. Our advice would be to not plug the chopper in until ready to go. A positive is that if the unit is not properly in place it will not start. Safety precaution
