Ideal bolt cutter proof
Works great on boat trailer and utility trailer . No way to get a bolt cutter on to cut the lock.

too small for enclosed trailer hitch.
will not fit an enclosed trailer hitch. too short. tried it on an Interstate 8' x 16'. didn't work.
