4 Stars Due to Packaging Issue
The product works well. Apply it under lower eyelids before bed and awake with better lubricated eyes. It's something my eye doctor recommended . This was the best price I could find. I took away one star because of a packaging issue. I ordered through Walmart.com. It was fulfilled by Pharma Phrills. The packaging issue may have been related to USPS. Not sure. I opened the mailer to find the factory-sealed box open. The tube seemed to have no factory safety seal. I gambled and put the product in my eyes. No harm. Phew!

Very disappointing. The item was never delivered to the address I gave. Trying to figure out how to report this issue on the Walmart website.
