ReliOn Glucose Shot, Pomegranate, 2 fl oz, 15g Fast-Acting Carbohydrates per Bottle

I've had several episodes of low blood sugar. Taking this has always within a few minutes relieved the feelings that diabetics get when blood sugar goes too low.

work well bringing your blood sugar up fast but they are what they are and not the tastiest things around but when you are crashing they are faster then the tabs

I drink these like candy , my blood sugars always drop and I need these so , I dont pass out

This is my favorite flavor of Relion's glucose shots. It is perfect. Not too sweet and has a great taste. I prefer Relion products because they are a U.S. company who manufactures here in the USA. This product works quickly and safely to increase blood sugar. At 70 calories a shot it's just right.

I use the glucose shots frequently. the Reli-On shots have a far better taste than any others I have purchased. And buying local means I can get them at Walmart. So far I have been buying them at both Walmarts here in St. Joseph, Missouri. and the shots are reasonably priced. By-the-way, Tena ( the delivery lady was very quick-pleasant and I really appreciated the delivery service ). Thanks!!!!!!

i was so hesitant about this, but let me tell you it WORKS FAST!! It's been unbelievably helpful and works faster than anything else we have tried!! and they're cheap!! small!! fast acting!! and totally worth it!! an absolute MUST HAVE for EVERY DIABETIC!! In my families opinion! My son prefers the berry and orange over the pomegranate flavor for reference.

These glucose shots are only available at our local Walmart. Our granddaughter-a Type 1 diabetic-has been relying on these to control her blood sugar. She likes the taste, particularly the pomegranate. Our only concern is that inventory of any flavor is often unavailable.

If my sugar goes down past 100. 2 or 3 bottles bring it back but could drop again if don't eat some thing. And there to expensive.

The taste of both the liquid and the tablets are gross. When you're really bad off then they are, of course, acceptable but if you're short of VERY desperate, they are hard to tolerate, esp the second time since you know what is coming. However, they are the only brand you can get with Food Stamps and that is a huge consideration.

Because I'm a diabetic, I need ReliOn and they're hard to get. I have run into problems within store because of the lack of product. It would be nice if "supply" problem could be work out for us who rely on this product. We were told at "pickup" that it would be instead delivered to our home. When we did not get it, I checked my account and found that it was canceled.
