These filters work quite well. It's especially satisfying to see the difference between a new filter and an old filter when changing them.

Amazing how much junk accumulated in the first HEPA filter I used up! I tried cleaning the filter with my vacuum cleaner - that does eliminate hair, etc that accumulates, but it does nothing to remove the airborne particles that are obviously in the air around us. We were shocked by the orange air of the forest fires, but we weren't overwhelmed by it, thanks to this filter.

Can't speak to the HEPA because I don't have allergies and there isn't much dust in my house but the odor filter does a really good job of clearing smells quickly when they occur. Normally when I am close to using the smoke detectors as cooking timers.

Gave 4 stars because all seems well but guess you can't perfectly judge it until you've used it for multiple months. Fits well and from visual inspection expecting it will be a good substitute for the higher priced Coway name brand

Walmart had what I wanted and it arrived within the estimated time period. However, one week later, I saw in the NYTimes Wirecutter email, that I routinely receive, that the price for the air purifier would be 40% less on the Black Friday - Cyber Monday discount days.

These filters were replacement for my air purifier. They made the air quality terrible. The odor coming from the purifier after I put them in was terrible. They are supposed to be air purifiers
