above all the others, this remote has the side buttons with mute and volume up and down. i would absolutely recommend this remote if you dont want to have 2 remotes to operate the TV all the time!

Works great

I was concerned that a refurbished remote might not work for some reason. (I'm probably just paranoid) It works great and connecting to our TV was quick and painless.

Our original remote was chewed up by our puppy. This replacement remote worked immediately after I put in batteries. It is a great solution when in a pinch!

I almost bought a brand new controller priced 8$ above this one, I'm glad I bought this refurbished one because it came basically brand new. Doesn't come with batteries but that's expected.

Took me a while to use the remote even when i put good battery in. i had to put another set battery 🔋 for the remote to work and i have to be close to tv to change the tv. i find annoying.

I got it and there was what looks like maybe in the battery compartment. And it doesn’t work at all they have an overpriced item they are selling that doesn’t even work

The delivery was quick. However the product did not work well on my 2010 TV. I could not find the Roku Remote that worked for my TV. I will be returning it.

Never received it.
