Expensive, but well worth it!
This product is not cheap, but it's worth spending more for it. This is my favorite nigiri rice and smells and tastes great!

Best for Pudding!
I switched from long-grain to this sushi short-grain rice to see if it would make better puddings. It does! Riceselect Sushi Rice is well worth any small additional cost. The quality is very high!

I really like this rice for soups %26 sushi
This Sushi rice cooks nicely in chicken soup in my Instant Pot and does not get mushy! I love it! It's also great for fried rice. So it works great for more than just sushi!

I've bought this brand of sushi rice and continue to buy it. Quality is 1st grade and the packaging is impressive.

Very good rice!
I make this in a rice cooker and it is very good. It takes longer than instant rice, but it is worth the extra time. Very delicious!

Shrinkflation
Haven’t used the rice yet but it appears to have been cut with a longer grain rice. I would say maybe 10% is a different rice altogether. Sketchy.

Avoid!
Worst "sushi" rice ever. I made it 4 times and have been making sushi and sticky rice forever. There is nothing sticky about this rice. My regular brand was out at both stores I went to so we got this one and it was absolutely not worth the money. I've had plain $1 long grain rice that was stickier than this, okus it had a weird grainy texture ive never experienced with any type of rice before. Never buying again.
