Richard Simmons: Sweatin' to the Oldies 1 [DVD]

I think anything Richard Simmons does is GREAT! This is easy for everyone - especially overweight AND old :) It is fun & so simple to work out with Richard & Company!

This is a great workout. I love Richard it's like he's right here with you. I have this in VHS and have been looking for this in DVD, Thank God! Richard put it on DVD. It's a great workout for you if you are just starting out, and trying to get back into working out. This is the best! I have every video there is and this one is the best of all. You will love it, and you will want to do it As Richard would say LETS SWEAT!! :)

Low impact and good for out-of-shape 40+!

I liked doing the twist...lol

I bought this because I wanted a workout that my kids could listen to and do with me (ages 6 & 8). It does have some problems with the sound a few times (the sound goes in and out), but it won't keep me from doing the workout!

It is not like the original VCR tape. I thought it was going to be the same just a different format. It is not the same. The original has the dance cardio and a lot of stretch exercises. This only has cardio, no stretch.

I'm in my 70s and the exercise portion of this DVD is fine, but the cool down, stretching on the floor is beyond my abilities.

haven't had a chance to watch the dvd because it is blurry and I need to return it. I have other exercise dvd's and they work good this one is a bad dvd so I really can't rate it til I take it back.
