The machine is a great value for the money. It is a pleasure to use, with smooth movements and solid construction. Two minor complaints: Setup: There was one step that required both ends of the supplied wrench to be used at the same time - one end to turn the nut and the other to hold the bolt on the other side - so I had to grab my own tool. Also, there was a page in the instructions that had the wrong picture. Usage: When the bench is in the full upright position, there isn't enough room to sit in the proper position - I am too far forward. I have to lean the bench back so I can scoot back far enough so that my knees are where they need to be. Also, the bar that holds the weight needs to be longer. You can max it out a bit too soon.

my teenage son had this put together in about an hour. Im 6'2" at 265 and fit fine on this device. States it hold user weight up to 325 and weights it holds 375.

Very smooth leg extension with even resistance throughout travel/arc of motion. 3:2 ratio means for 100lbs of loaded plates, you get about 66lbs of resistance. But the smooth cam and pulley make this superior to any non pulley/cam machine. The seat cushions are kind of cheap and thin, but something a person could easily modify. Not a deal breaker. I'm surprised they don't charge more for this leg extension/leg curl machine. Assembly was easy. Would buy again, no regrets!

I am a female, 66, I put this together myself. FedEx delivered it to my porch so I cut down the carton and hauled it in a piece at a time. Wrenches for assembly are included EXCEPT an Allen wrench which is needed to loosen one set screw. Machine takes barbell weights with a 2 inch diameter hole. There is no adjustment for seat height, I am 5'5" tall and my feet do not touch the ground when I sit in its seat, I made a little adjustment with a zip tie so the leg bar rests against my shin where I need it. I like this leg extension machine a lot, would buy it again.

Very solid construction. Very smooth operation, cable is much smother than a direct lift type. Assembly was easy with easy to follow instructions.

Great product and value for you money. You do need to load up more weight that usual to get the same feel from commercial equipment but I'm ok with that. The range of motion is 10/10.

This is a well built unit. For the price it was a steal in my opinion. I feel it as durable as any commercial gym equipment.

This is a great home machine for the price. Excellent range of motion and great resistance curve. I'm 5,11 and 225, and I can get it heavy enough to do a good workout no problem

It's not great for a 5'3” - 5'4” female, due to how far the seat is when performing leg curls while lying down. The seat foam is so hard and uncomfortable that hurts the front of the thigh during leg curls. During leg extensions I have no issues and the machine is nice and smooth during the cable movement.

Let me say first that this machine looks nice and you'd think this is it for leg curls and extensions but you'd be mistaken. Leg extensions it's good but not leg curls it is the worst machine I've ever used for them. Range of motion is about 40% or less so it ruins every leg curls I do and it ruins the aluminum pulley every single rep you do. I'm very disappointed in my purchase
