I would highly recommend the carpet rake. It brought up dirt, pet hair, and small particles from deep in the carpet. I also used it with the high traffic carpet cleaner foam. No more getting on your hands and knees and scrubbing the carpet. You are able to clean carpets fast and they look new afterwards.

Works great on my short shag carpeting. I have 4 dogs and this works great for getting all the dog hair up before vacuuming and helps reduce vacuum lines after vacuuming. Love it!

I saw this on a social media app and decided to buy it. I took it, out and put it together immediately. I tried it out on my bedroom carpet and it got the dog hair out of the carpet. I'm so happy, with it. I don't have to kill my vacuum with dog hair Btw, I have a pug.

Works great once assembled correctly. Arrived well packed. Problems started with assembly, and I understood why this good product gets negative reviews. You can't just shove the sections together. Some of the reviews say it falls apart, and that is the reason. They have cleverly designed a twist-on feature that tightens the connection so it's really solid. However, one of them had a molding "tag" - a plastic bit that should have been trimmed off in manufacture - that prevented it sliding into its mate. I had to wrestle that piece off and trim it with scissors before completion. After that it was easy to comb the carpet. But as I did so, I also realized you need to rake crosswise; once in one direction and again at right angles. That way it really gets up all the hair before you vacuum. Better instructions - and a bit of obvious quality control - would get this product better reviews.

Item listed was okay, but shipping charges were added when it was part of a free shipping order. Not sure if this was the providers or Walmarts fault. Item itself is okay for the price listed.

I actually read the reviews before I purchased this. Reviews looked like it was going to be an ok product. Well, when I got it in there is one row of bristles and flimsy. Just didn't do what I thought it would. Oh well' lesson learned. So if you are reader of reviews before buying. Please evaluate this purchase. As for me not impressed.

So so disappointed. I went by the peoples ratings and im ashamed of them. this is a whimpy weak carpet rake, and you have to be careful of the pressure you place onto the stick. the entire unit is weak. the rake bottom is just a flimsy cheap plastic with nylon-like comb. it doesn't pick up anything. I wasted my money. and ive still got dog hair on my carpet. I cant even use that rake just to fluff the carpet if I wanted. how dare this maker of this product advertise this for use as a carpet rake, even just for animal hair. no wonder why I couldn't find in any descriptions what material the rake tongs were made of. they didn't want to save they were cheap flexible nylon because then noone would buy it. I should've known. I blame myself for taking a chance !
