Easy setup, I was able setup cleaning schedule to clean my high traffic area. Vaccuumed and mopped better than when I do it myself. Surprisingly clean floors. I forgot to do b4 pictures. The floor was much cleaner. It has been walked on.

I mainly use my Roborock vacuum for carpets, and it works great for that purpose. The suction power is strong enough to pick up dust and debris effectively, even from thick carpet areas. I usually run it through my whole apartment, and it still finishes with about 50% battery left, which is very impressive. The navigation is efficient, and it covers all areas without missing spots. It's also quiet enough to use while doing other things at home. Overall, a reliable and powerful robot vacuum that makes cleaning easy and effortless.

The vacuum feature works very well. Love the self emptying. The mopping is not as good. I think if I had it to do over again I would purchase the Q10 S5 as that model has a mop head that goes back and forth.

Brushes were bent upwards and now won't work as properly as it is supposed too

Bought July 20, issues statrted end of August, plastic window inside water tank came loose blocking machine to empty, Roborock sent another September 16, it broke in 2 days, water valve broke off causing machine to make mud, Roborock sent another next day it broke as well, between delivery time and communicating with Roborock took about 10 days each time, yesterday Oct. 26 water tank valve broke again. Roborock stated they would have to see if anymore were available. Tried to return to local Walmart Ponca City, they stated it's out of the 90 days, my calculation by 8 days. told me to conatct manufacturer. I guess store pesonel cannot do anything as they get locked out because of time frame.

We welcomed our baby 11 days ago, and I bought and set up this robot vacuum to help reduce our workload. However, after only about 10 cleaning cycles, a part of its mechanism broke. Now it moves around the rooms by jumping or in an unusual way. I really hope a solution can be found for this issue.

BUYER BEWARE: Works fine for the first few months then becomes USELESS. Battery will barely hold a charge, when it does decide to work it will partially clean certain areas and then return to dock but never charge. I have tried troubleshooting and hard resets and nothing helps. App is extremely glitchy and unreliable. Now in the middle of the night it will randomly turn on for 10 minutes to make loud announcements and then die. Even better news is they won’t accept a return because I’ve had it for three months. Total waste of $300.

It broke after 2 months of use.

This piece of garbage cannot handle navigating a single story home with a few carpets. The device never makes it back to the dock and always get stuck on or under something. Never happened to my older model. It is so incredibly frustrating that I have to hunt around the house for it. The mapping feature is way off. Do not buy.

Very disappointed in its performance. The mop function does not leave a consistent pattern and it streaks the carpet. Mine having a tough suction review still doesn't pick up small particles as well as I expected, and light particles like leaves are left behind. I also feel that it only lasts halfway through the house before it has to recharge and it's loud. I'm not sure what I should've expected in the way of noise overall I don't recommend it and in fact, I'm going to be returning it.
