We used this while camping in Hot Springs, NC. The kids loved using it. It worked great over the fire.

Waffle Iron
I did a pre camping trial using my 3 burner camp stove. I did aprox 30 seconds then flipped it over to cook the other side. Found out that was not needed. 1 side was slightly to dark. Did the next one with out flipping over and for only 30 seconds, awesome results. Really happy with product. Not sure how it would do over a camp fire, walls of fire pit ring would have to be short in order not to be tipping iron at to much of an angle.

Would not recommend
First time after following instructions the waffle batter stuck to the insideof the maker and was very difficult to remove.
