This is a very simple and effective tool. Easy to hold and use.

I would buy again. For $5 it does the job, the scrapper could be better

Works great - always sharp

This did the job well. Would have been even better if it had a softer edge for smoothing out the lumps and bumps without damaging the wallpaper but the knife was sharp and the smoother worked for it's intended purpose. I only got one or two snags and I think that's just because I was holding it at the wrong angle and pushing down too hard

I love this set because, well... it came as a set! Two tools I didn't realize I needed so badly. The smoother is light yet strong, and feels good in my hand as I put down contact paper in my shelves. Not too big and not too small. Soon I'll be using this for my arts & crafts projects - smoothing down stickers, laminations, and I'll be putting up a sheet of faux stained-glass vinyl on a pane of glass. The utility knife is awesome because it's thin enough to fit in my hand and I have better control when I'm opening up my Walmart delivery boxes :-). I had been using a box cutter and a similar utility knife (the orange one), but the latter was too wide and bulky in my hand. Now I can finally retire those and stick with this utility knife. Strong, nice and sharp, and thin enough for me to get a good grip on it and have better control. That factor makes me feel safer using it.

This kit is very useful because it contains a smoother and a sharp cutting knife. The smoother is really thick plastic, so it works well when smoothing out bubbles or wrinkles on wallpaper. The cutting tool is small and fits into small corners easily. This is a great little kit!
