Perfect size for freezing a couple of cups of liquid. I purchased homemade hot sauce to keep it good I had to freeze a 8 cups. I used these containers to freeze a cup in each. Stores great in the freeze one on top of the other, seals nice and tight. Then when I thaw them it's easy to pour the hot sauce out!
Handy little containers. Great size for saving leftovers or for packing lunch or picnic foods. The top securely seals the container. Easy to store by stacking the containers and lids together. Many other uses. I store nuts, bolts and screws in them in my workshop.
These containers are great, and perfect for heating small amounts of the Marketside soups (!!), which is what I bought them for, I was hoping they would be sturdy enough for the microwave - and , they are !! And then they also have a lid so that you can store your leftover amount that you didn't eat in the refrigerator. They keep food very well, and are an excellent price for 5 containers - and they're Rubbermaid !!!
These Rubbermaid 2.1 cups clear food storage containers 5 pk are a convenient way to store snacks/food because they can be stacked, they are easy to clean, can be stored in the freezer, are of great quality, great value for money, they seal perfectly so there are no spills or leaks, and the appearance is small, but mighty, the red and clear combined have an aesthetic that is perfect for any kitchen or anywhere you want to be. I highly recommend these food storage containers that have a great quantity for the money.
I bought these to mix my little dog's dehydrated dog food in, and they are perfect as one cup of dehydrated makes 2 cups of food.
Good, cheap container solution, the only problem is that if you freeze food in it and it falls to the floor, it will break for sure. Other than that, it's really good.
Quality product, tight fitting lid, great for freezing smaller portions of spaghetti sauce. Also great for individual pudding and jello servings. Easy to pack in a cooler. Dishwasher safe on top rack.
A great price for 5 of these handy sized containers. Just the right size for leftovers that were too big to throw away. The lid snaps on tight. They can be easily washed and reused, but eventually the lids will break and you have to get new ones
Removed cardboard sleeve as soon as received and found one red lid cracked. This rubbermaid product is thinner and feels brittle compared to product I have previously bought. I doubt this recent purchase will be usable in a year. When i stopped using Tupperware, I bought Rubbermaid, but this recent purchase may be my last. I'm very disappointed in this product and the Rubbermaid Company for taking a perfectly good product and ruining it by using cheaper materials to manufacture. bought Rubbermaid
These at Walmart have weak plastic lids that break at the lip where you lift a sealed lid. And when they break, they leave a sharp edge where you can get hurt. These are not the old school lids. Returned mine. I hope Walmart gets the regular kind like Amazon in the future.
