I love these bowls as I am older I cook 2 or 3 days a week and save food in the Rubbermaid containers. They can easily be stacked in the freezer so it doesn't take up all your room. Love them

It's practical, convenient, time saving, easy cleanup, and reusable. I cook a large amount of food at one time and then separate it into the compartments, seal it with the lid, and freeze it. When I am ready to eat, I take one meal out of the freezer, remove the lid, and nuke it WITHOUT THE LID for so many minutes. I don't have to spend everyday cooking and cleaning. Also, this way allows better portion control.

We bought these to measure prep. As soon as we placed the rice into the container, they cracked. I have tons of Tupperware that we place warm/hot food into and they do not crack. Wish I had gotten our normal Tupperware instead of wasting money on these.
