Totally gets rid of cat urine odor.
The RUG DOCTOR BY BISSEL urine eliminator is a must have for any pet owner. One of the only products I've tried that totally eliminates cat urine odor. Highly recommend.

Didn't go well.
Ordered Red jug. Received gray. Says 96 oz on order. BUT it is only 80 oz. Not very pleased. Still deciding whether to return or use.
