This phone was for my 88yr old Father He absolutely loves it He wasn't looking for anything fancy but this phone was definitely better than his previous one The camera shoots great pictures and the vedios and Facebook are more smooth than his other phone This is a grrat phone for him Not real fancy but delivers just what he needs

My husband was reluctant to upgrade his phone. But with the help of someone on the chat, she recommend the correct phone for him. I wished I remembered her name because she sure was GREAT!!!! He's still getting used to it but I think it's gonna work just fine for him.

I AM NEW TO USING A CELL PHONE . I RECEIVED THE PHONE AND HAD A QUESTION.I CALLED AND THE REPRESENTATIVE SAT AND EXPLAINED ALL THE OPERATIONS TO ME FOR OVER AN HOUR. I STILL WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE PHONE HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR HER HELP. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

I actually got 2 of these for my boys. They have been playing with them non-stop and the battery last a pretty decent amount of time. I also made sure I got a case for each of them because you know how careless children can be with electronics. Even the refurb one of these I got is working with no issues. I was able to activate the phones online with no hangups. Not to mention that the price for these phones is unbeatable!

This phone is a good phone! It has everything you need in a phone& its easy guide functions is a extra bonus for not so tech savy people like me! I would definitely recommend this brand if you want a decent long lasting phone:)

I purchased this 4G phone a week ago because 3G is being discontinued. I bought another Samsung Galaxy because my other phone is still going strong after 3.5 years. It is intuitive to learn how to use and very durable ... and you can't beat the price. Would definitely recommend.

Although it looked like a good idea, it wasn't. Can't tell you how of a mess this thing is. I'm really sorry I started with this nonsense.

never got the phone

I've had this phone about a month and so far, I hate it. It keeps telling me that my texts failed. They haven't so I end up sending some texts twice. It disconnects every call that I answer thru my bluetooth. Every one. I have now disconnected the bluetooth. There are so many little things that I dislike about this phone. I should have saved my money.

This phone is an exact replacement of the one that when o/s updated would not boot up. This new one is updated and operates as should. I have done research on the phone and tried suggestions to get the phone to boot, to no avail. Now I am out the expense of another phone to replace the non-functional phone. Have let other phones in the past auto-update with no problems. I always have the charger plugged in and working when updating. " Bummer "
