Phone was brand new in box and was unlocked to any carrier as promised. The downside to this is that the Android software has to be updated manually - it comes with Android 11 as default and since it is carrier unlocked, auto updates are disabled. Otherwise, the seller knew the assignment and executed their responsibility beautifully.
I was looking for a reasonably priced android and this one is perfect. Unfortunately, I dropped it and it had to be replaced. I liked it so much that I bought the same phone again! It have eveything thaat I needed...good camera, battery, sound,screen...perfect for me!
I guess it's somewhat ok, but I'm having connection issues both with apps and the phone calls now. I don't know if it is the phone itself or something else. It is a TracFone but that doesn't bother me. It has a SIM slot where you can put SIM cards in. Camera works well. Battery life is ok.
this phone has many glitches I have it up to date but sometimes wont let me answer a call or something weird like that i dont recommend it and can tell i will have to replace it sooner than later

Stopped working weekends 2 after set up
charge will not longer then 2 hours
camera quality is bad. pics blurry and it lags
