Chromebooks run on a very different operating system called ChromeOS. It's not a normal Windows laptop. It's not compatible with Steam. All apps and games must be downloaded from Google Play.

in same configuration hp had with touch screen and kids unable to play robolox in the computer. i dis wasted money in this

Pretty terrible. Returning less than 3 hours later. Just spend the extra $30-50 bucks for a better quality. Runs like an android from 2008.

I wish I didn't have to give it the star I did. Only lasted 6 months. Ineligible for return. The customer service for Samsung is trash. Just did not charge or power on one random day. Properly charged and shut down after using. No spills. No drops. Just quit. I actually bought it new. I would expect it from a refurbished model or open box. Cheap useless waste of money and time.

It is slow and web pages "jitter" and takes forever to load. Not worth the price. I will be returning it. One good thing -- there is a built in erase return to factory settings feature which I will be using as I plan to return it.

I wasn't able to get it in store and had a rude sales woman. Then when I went online to buy it, it was $20 more expensive online. I also have yet to receive it because it was not delivered even though it said it had been.
