Our coffee pot went out,and I needed a new one stat. This was available same day through walmart delivery. After reading reviews, I pulled the trigger and bought it. It does the job, I feel like the plastic material makes it feel light and cheap, but it does the job! I like that you can delay start it, and it has a clock. Its black on the inside so sometimes its hard to see the water level when pouring, but you can view it on the side. All in all a great value.
Best brewed coffee maker I ever had. Top notch, superb quality all around, will last long for yrs to come. Perfect packaging, the color of stainless steel with black is sexy and enticing. The programmable features is right on and efficient. Nothing broken, everything worked. Best part is affordability, I got mine for $25 you cant beat that! I brewed 12 cups of coffee immediately with it and worked like a charm.
This pot is easy to program and has numbers I can actually read, which is a big improvement from my previous coffee maker that cost twice what I paid for this one. I like that it will make 12 cups of coffee in around 10 minutes. My former coffee pot died abruptly after less than a year. I ordered this one online from Walmart and it was delivered the next day. I had planned to purchase a Bunn coffee pot for more that 4x the costs of this one, but I have since changed my mind because this one works so well.
We'd add a cup measure on the actual fill reservoir (not just the decanter) and it would be nice to have a regular/strong setting. We purchased it because 1) it would fit under our cabinets and 2) the heating element was 1000 watts and most others were only 900 watts.
I love the looks and functionality of the coffee maker however it will not program. We have followed all the directions and it will not come on in the morning. We have to do it manually. I would like to have it replaced but I threw away the box and don't know how to return it.
I thought I ordered two Mr. Coffee, coffee pots. Yet, once it arrived I opened the box and it looks like what I wanted but, it is not. I had no idea, this isn't what asked for. And since they were gift for people whom are retiring at the end of this month. I thought this was what I ordered. They asked for a Mr. Coffee programming pot. These are not it.
I never received it even though it says it was delivered. I have cameras all around my house. There's been no delivery and now Walmart is telling me I've gotta wait till Saturday, March 7 and if I haven't received it yet to let them know then well I am gonna have to purchase one from somewhere else. I'm not waiting for Saturday for my coffee maker.. I want somebody to find out from the delivery driver where they put my package or delivered it to
The design has a flaw in it. Brand new out of the box.. I made my 1st pot, and soon as it finished brewing, there was a beep to let you know that it was finished brewing. I looked at the Cardiff and the coffee stopped about 2 inches or more from the top, so I ran another pot of just water, and once again, 2 inches from the top. The pot of water stopped on 10 cups. I would like a refu d please.
Piece of junk; stopped working after 2 uses. Now it turns on but doesn't percolate. It also has a very cheap feel to it. It's small and flimsy. The water chamber pouring area isn't very large. The coffee pot handle had some slag plastic still on it that was sharp. Had to sand it off with a file. The lid doesn't really snap shut well and water vapor easily escapes.
Where are the stalwart of coffee makers (Mr Coffee) we used to be able to purchase and it never broke? This coffee maker is a joke. Do you remember a heavy duty and weighted Mr Coffee drip coffee maker? Well this one isn't it! You probably could crush this cheap so-called coffee maker with one hand. I don't think it weighs even a pound without the carafe. Very cheaply made and the first pot of coffee it was acting like it was going through the cleaning cycle, but it wasn't. It kept gurgling the water and nothing went into the carafe. I am returning this and will keep shopping for a decent drip coffee maker (Mr Coffee) that is not going to rob the bank and then break before one cup of coffee is even poured.
