The bike came mostly assembled, with easy-to-use instructions, the web site was available to use for other tips and tricks, but it didn't have a drop post video to help with that part of the installation. I reached out with an email and got a return reply in two days. I have been on long rides, and it rides very well, i had to upgrade a seat for the one that came with it was very uncomfortable, also looking into different pedals being my foot needing triple wide shoes and would like a bigger platform for my feet. Schwinn has a limited number of accessories for the bike and looking on-line for what I'd like.

If you missed the introduction sale, I'm very sorry. It is well worth every penny at the regular price, but the intro price was a steal. I purchased it with the intent to upgrade a few components because the core of this MTB is extremely capable. First upgrade to hydraulic brakes and second front air shocks. However, I live nowhere near any technical trails and will have to drive several hours away before I can test if these parts need upgrading for my competency level. For my wooded trails around home, they are more than good enough. Most important, though, is to double-check every setting and adjustment because the factory and warehouse assemblers sometimes make mistakes.

Love this bike!! Came shipped to me in perfect shape. Added some good pedals,bottle cage and Shimano hydraulic brakes and wow what a beast. Ive already put about 100 miles on it the 2 weeks ive owned it. Love the color and value. Dropper post rocks too. Thanks Schwinn and Wally World!

Very nice bike. Only complain is the brake rotor is rubbing a little bit. Dropper post quality is not great. The connection lever broke at installation, but warranty covers it and repaired for me. In general very nice bike.

The deal killer for me was that it has a coil fork instead of an air fork. I'm a heavyweight and springs aren't strong enough to keep the front end from diving when applying the brakes. I found another bike for $598 that had an air fork and hydraulic brakes

when the bike arrived, the wheel spokes were stuck in the pedal but after some time and paint removal, it finally eased out. the bike was way out of adjustment from the factory. this is my first mountain bike and i had to learn from youtube to make it run smoothly. the bike shifts perfect and brakes perfect but i am getting some chain skipping when on the lowest cog. i'm hoping that the lifetime warranty will cover this but overall a good bike as i am a beginner. some upgrades will come in the future. not bad for $335!

Once I finally got the bike fully assembled, it seems like a decent bike. I did have a few issues, the main one being a lack of assembly instructions. There is a large manual with a section on assembly, but it isn't specific to this bike. It's extremely generic. I ended up watching YouTube videos. The cable routing from the factory did not allow me to attach the handle bar. The front brake cable was twisted around the fork 2 times. I end up pulling the front caliper off to reroute it just so I could install the handlebars. The stem was also installed backwards. I'm not sure if this was a packaging decision or not, but there was plenty of room to have it installed facing the correct way. Can't wait to ride it! I'll report back.

I think that its great bike to get started with. I put around 100 miles on mine and everything works great. This bike is great for off/on road riding. One small issue, the dropper post seat was a little confusing and didn't work properly upon arrival.

I bought this bike for my son 9 months ago, and today part of the frame by the rear tire, literally snapped into 2 pieces. its been a nice bike up to this point. and this is my only complaint.

I paid 600 for this bike. the front brake cable was bent and plastic sheath was broken. I called Schwinn and they actually do not have a replacement cable. I just returned the bike to Walmart. to bad, it looks great in the pictures.
