My second purchase on walmart. It definitely works for me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scott's Ez seed patch & repair is just that....it's super easy to use. I was able to cover lots of patchy spots in my yard with ease due to the friendly spout design. The seeds sprayed out with an even coverage just moving it left to right in the downward position. It hasn't been long & I can already see little sprouts beginning to form. I'm super excited for my lawn to be beautiful again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to patch up some areas of my yard that were brown, and it did wonders. Coverage seems good, easy to follow instructions, and great results. I do believe that it is kind of expensive but grass seed or anything to do with grass seed is expensive.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried Scotts EZ Patch for Bermuda grass, and overall, I'm very satisfied with the results. The product comes as a combination of mulch, seed, and fertilizer, making it a convenient all-in-one solution for repairing bare spots in my lawn. The application was straightforward. I prepped the area by raking the soil, spread the mixture evenly over the patch, and watered thoroughly. Within a week, I noticed some germination, and by the second week, the green shoots started to fill in. After about a month, the patched areas blended well with the surrounding lawn. Some tips: keeping the patch consistently moist is crucial for the first two weeks, and it works best in warm weather for Bermuda grass. I also appreciated that the seed didn't wash away easily after rain, thanks to the mulch component. Pros: Easy to apply Combines seed, mulch, and fertilizer Good germination and blending with existing Bermuda grass Cons: Requires diligent watering for best results Full coverage and color blending can take a few weeks Overall, I'd give Scotts EZ Patch Bermuda Grass a 4.5 out of 5 stars for effectiveness and ease of use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Put this down on some bare spots after we planted some trees. The grass is coming in nicely and i can appreciate the easy to follow directions. There’s been no issues with insects since application. There are some small much clippings inside the package for better water detainment. I will definitely be reaching for this when I have bare spots in the yard.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scott's EZ seed patch and repair Bermuda grass was very easy to apply thanks to the shaker style jug, and I definitely saw new grass growing in the bare spots where I used it. I didn't prep the area properly or use quite enough seed, so I think the results could've been even better with a little more care. My biggest tips would be to clear out weeds and rocks first and apply the seed generously for fuller coverage. It seems like a solid option for patching tough spots in the lawn, especially in hot, dry areas.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It helps to fix bare spot in my lawn and i’m happy with the result. The bottle is really convenient since it already has seed, mulch, and fertilizer mix together. It’s ready to use right away. After about two weeks, i could clearly see new grass growing and filling in the area nicely.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] EZ seed patch & repair is a convenient option for fixing bare spots in the yard, and overall it works well as long as you stay on top of watering. The mix is easy to spread and the mulch helps the area moist, but it definitely requires consistent daily watering at first or the seed won't take. I noticed good growth in sunnier areas, while shaded spots took longer to fill in. It's a bit pricier than buying seed and soil separately, but the simplicity and decent results make it solid choice if you want quick and beginner-friendly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could not give 5 stars because the seeds have not sprouted. The application is simple and it contains the mulch. The seeds have been applied now over 2 weeks not sure if weather caused them not to sprout. They were watered and we had good temps. I cannot say anything about appearance since they had not sprouted. The product is consistent.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Scotta EZ Seed Patch and repair was very helpful with bare spots and all over in my lawn. It was easy to apply and instructions were very clear. You definitely need to water it regularly to see the results. It blended well with the existing grass. Good if your lawn needs a refresh.
