perfect fit, just what I needed. used it to lock my chain around the 10lb weights I bought for my boat straps on my dock.

They are great for so many things, and I even love using them for outside the box things as well. It's strong, durable, and easy to use. It's stainless which is a must for me. The product works as intended wish it was a flat black or olive green but all in all it works and would get again.

I've used one in the past to hang my purse from a stroller handle. Also to attach a birdhouse to a hook. So many possibilities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a solid construction carabiner. I like that it is made out of steel so it is quite strong (can hold 300lbs!). The hinge has a sturdy, decently tensioned spring and has nice resistance. However, with some use, the coating began to flake off.
