My daughter and I were so impressed with the ease of use with the equipment. The entire process to well under an how and my daughter presoaked with the solution prior to the actually shampooing.It was really amazing. The machine does all they advertised that it will do and more. The steam cleaner and shampooer performed above all expectations in all categories. I would definitely purchase one again and I highly recommend one to all those wanting to keep their carpets clean without the hassle of heavy rental cleaners or the expense of hiring professionals as I've always time in the past. I love the brand shark I have two vacuums that are shark one for charging and then on the go and then just one that you plug-in. I finally got my shampooer, which is amazing. I love it easy to use. Get your carpets clean in no time it’s like vacuuming without waiting slowly pulling a machine just to get your floors clean, the best!

I was very sceptical. I think carpet cleaning machines are gross, but I've been tending lots of dogs lately with an unfinished yard so my floors are embarrassing and gross. This machine surprised me! I LOVE the fact it's easy to clean after using. No hidden crevasses that catch gross yuck. I was able to rinse every piece and it doesn't even look used. Very impressed.

I am so in love with this shampooer. Let me tell you that my carpets have been through EVERYTHING. I live upstairs, work all day, and have 3 dogs, so sometimes accidents happen here. I also went through a long depression where I wasn't really taking care of my home. After 5 years in this apartment, it'd be an understatement saying my carpets have seen better days. I finally got to the point where I was so embarrassed by the state of my floors that I gave in and bought this shampooer. Just unboxed and used today, I plan on doing a second cycle tomorrow. But let me tell you, my carpet already looks and smells brand new. Best investment of my life. Shark, you have a lifetime customer with this one!

This is worth every penny. I have been using another name brand carpet cleaner and it doesn't even compare to this. I will say be careful what soap you use if it becomes too bubbly it will spray out the side. Other than that it is phenomenal. I cannot believe the results. I have tried so many item trying to get our basement carpet clean this definitely did the trick.

This carpet clean is amazing. I had a bunch in the past and this one out performs all. The containers that hold both the water/cleaning solution and dirty water are on the smaller side compared to other brands but the performance and outcome make it worth refilling and emptying totally worth it

Frequent tank refills and emptying are annoying, but otherwise, the product works amazing and it’s easy to use! Seems to go thru a lot of the product, but maybe my carpets were that dirty. It’s automatic so maybe it will use less after this initial cleaning. I had it on deep clean and it used four tanks for one small room.

The cleaning of this machine is very good the draw back for me is the furniture brush on the side falls off with the slightest move or bump. It makes it difficult to navigate the machine while trying to hold the extra brush and hose in hand.. for this reason I’m returning. It fell so many times it broke the cover.

We have 4 puppies! What kind you might ask...well english mastiff/husky mix...so the one of the biggest breeds in the world mixed with one of the most vocal and energetic breeds you can find! Thanks loki! thats there mom. But we love them so here we are...in a small home just my husband and i living in a real life beetoveen 2 movie lol. One of the things that helps tremendously is our Shark Carpetexpert...i love it! It is easy you just press the button and go. The different modes are all there label in front. It cleans very fast and for the tough spots you have your stain striker hose that depenses a extra soultion coupled with the deep cleaner and that works really well for spot cleaning.i also love dry only mode..i run through with this mode so its not hrs of dry time...Well worth the money! its fast and easy so i dont feel like its a all day chore and the deep cleaner solution is alot for the money as well....as much as i shampoo i have gotten my money out if it atleast twice....i would def recommend to big and small families alike...it just makes you feel better for the day!

this forst time i used it it was amazing. did such a good job cleaning, and honestly was the BEST cleaner i ever used. i just turned it on to use it again, and now it doesnt work. when i hit the power button it flashes green saying there is a lever issue, but the lever is in the upright position, no water comes out, but the brush spins. honestly suprised that im even having an issue. ive had mu shark vacuum for 3 years no issues at all. dropped a LOT of money to only use it once. very disappointed.
