Shark Matrix Robot Vacuum, Matrix Clean Home Mapping, 360 LiDAR Navigation, Powerful Suction, RV2300

This little guy cleans better than I ever have in my whole life. Thank you so much to shark and all the robot building community, I don't know what I do without it now. Easy to use and perfect for my cluttered little home.

I have 3 cats and a dog. I run this vacuum every morning when I leave for work and it is always full when I get home.

This vacuum does what it's supposed to do, cleaning wise. It gets the dust, dirt and pet hair up, a few days a week. I don't run it every day, just roughly 2-3 times a week. In the last two weeks (purchase date April 29th, today is July 5th), this shark has messed up 3-4 times. It has made me redo the mapping of all rooms, and also made me completely re-explore my home. Which is very frustrating, because I try to pick up chairs and such so the map can be as wide open as possible. Today when I opened the app, all my rooms were gone again. I called the service number, and the man told me to just delete the app and reinstall… that's what I did, and it did work. I can understand this happening once or twice, but 3-4 times in the last two weeks is silly. An app should not falter that much. It's not our internet either, everything else works just fine. All this being said, I'd be weary regarding the apps functioning skills. If this happens again they will hopefully send a replacement, as I do not wish to continue remapping my entire home. But even then, it's the same app. I enjoy the cleaning function, when I can get the app to work properly.

My robot battery was defective had to call company to replace . Never used company was great sending one at no cost .

It's noisy and mine only runs about a hour if that long before it needs charged. Would absolutely not recommend this to no one.

The vacuum would never charge. The docking station had power but the vacuum itself would never accept a charge. I troubleshooted. The battery was properly connected. I tried to charge for several hours. I unplugged everything overnight and tried again the next day. The vacuum would never charge. The vacuum was returned to Walmart for a refund.

I just purchased this brand new, and set up exactly how the instructions say. Mine will not charge. I've watched a ton of troubleshoot videos, moved it to other areas of my home and it is still dead and won't charge even though the station light is blue. I received a defective one from the factory.

First thing out of box, battery was bad. Shark replaced no charge. Then i tried to order replacement filters and proper dust cup for filters. My filter is attached to my dust cup. First Shark said if i buy the filter, they will send me the dust cup for replaceable filter. I agreed to that, and asked how i do that. Then i was told i would have to order/pay for both due to warranty restrictions. Be wary consumers! Make sure your robot has the replaceable or washable filter. If not you going to pay more money, after the purchase, just keep filters clean. Their support team was very quick to reply to my emails. They just could not or would not provide any consumer relief. Robot is awesome, just worried about keeping a clean filter in it.

the one I received was a dud and I returned it the next day after receiving it and Walmart s manager Will went out of the way to not accept the return and issue a refund

Dead out of the box after 48 hours of charging. Heading back to Walmart today with it!!!.
